But he first brought motorcycle racing to a vast audience on Wide World of Sports when he filmed the legendary Hopetown GP in 1967. With more that 30,000 at the track and millions watching the TV, Bruce captured the essence of a new and exciting style of motorcycle racing, motocross. He helped make the sport we love so cool.
