TDS Enduro 2023

We Race.. Sometimes

TDS is a legendary Mountain Bike Enduro race known for being one of the toughest and coolest of its kind. This invite-only event brings together some of the best in the industry from all sorts of riding disciplines. They come to hang with their community, put down some fast times, and live it up during the nightlife scene. Folks travel from all over to spectate and catch a glimpse of the action, it is just as exciting for the crowd as it is for the riders.

The Race Scene

The heckling is world class and you can’t help but get sucked into the shared experience of cheering on your best buds or idols flying between the pines. The Sanchez family and the awesome volunteers work endlessly on crafting a trail system unlike any other. The course has its steep sections, rock gardens, jump lines, bomber turns, gnarly pedal sections, and even a huge long-jump spectacle. This whole property is not for the average rider. It is intense, technical, and fast. If you want to come close to the top 5 you have to send it and keep it on two wheels.

The famous flow line and beer slaps

Racers push through the whole first day of racing to make it to one of the best stages of the weekend. The perfect flow jump line packed with a crowd of spectators engulfing the trail. On the pedal back up to camp, most athletes stop by as the race continues to hang, crack open a cold one, and talk about how gnarly the day was.

Good Times

After a long day of riding the athletes then have a choice, stay up for the good times that the nightlife has to offer, or call it and try to save some juice for the next day of racing. Most fold their cards and head down to the bonfire for late-night chats with old friends, pit bike racing, and plenty of cold 805 beer.

Space Mesa Takeover

As the moon was high in the sky, our camp had something special in store for TDS. Space Mesa dropped the deck on their camping rig and played a full set of live music. It got wild real quick, as the sounds of bass, drums, and guitars filled the woods. Word spread and the crowd was drawn in, without a doubt this night was one for the books.

The Final Stretch

The morning sun comes quickly at TDS and the racers gear up to do it all over again. The whole weekend feels like one long badass marathon, with everyone finishing the last stage on Sunday with a smile on their face.

Vigilante

What is said to be the gnarliest trail, vigilante is a technical rock garden that few make it through still on two wheels. The crowd stands on the sideline within feet of the action. If your lucky you might get showered with liquid courage.

Cheers Boys!

Our crew members Aiden and Bubba were hallin' ass all weekend, finishing it off in the top 5. Such a rad ending to an already epic weekend of racing.

Crew disposables

This race and community mean a lot to us, and we give so much appreciation and thanks to the Sanchez family for putting on such a rad event. We don’t plan on ever missing out on this one, see you next year!
