Over the Hump mid-week mountain bike racing series is huge. Tuesday in Orange County or Thursday in LA County, It's the perfect way to get in shape for those long summer motos.  You might recognize some of the racers from the moto world.  Come out and join them, it's a great way to get in shape no matter who you are.
